Anne Wiggins

Therapist & Founder
Anne Wiggins is a licensed clinical social worker with 15+ years of experience specializing in ADHD and its underlying symptoms, such as anxiety and executive dysfunctions, in individuals of all ages. When one feels out of control, rejected, or disappointed, she is here to assist you with finding peace of mind, as well as improving routine, managing expectations, and implementing structure. She helps with bringing oneself back to independence and improving self worth through movement therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), reality therapy, and solutions focused brief therapy. Together, you can explore individualized problem solving, coping, and organizational skills to assist with mental clarity and wellness, while instilling hope. She will provide psychoeducation to manage ADHD, stress, and anxiety to cope one day at a time.

Ashley McMackin has been on a yoga journey for over 10 years. Since then, she has been dedicated to helping individuals achieve holistic wellness through the practice of yoga. She specializes in tailoring yoga sessions to address specific physical and mental health concerns combining breath work, meditation, mindfulness, and therapeutic yoga postures to promote healing and balance. Her approach is rooted in compassion and empathy, creating a safe environment for clients to embark on their wellness journey. Through this experience and continued education, Ashley is committed to guiding others to a state of greater well-being and self discovery.
